May 20
Hey, hope you all had a wonderful brunch. I am currently rockin out in Rockford....very exciting, sand volleyball and IHOP :)
Anyways, in case you weren't at the Windsor Room Sunday, we agreed that everyone should come out to my place May 20th. I'm in Oak Park, but it's a very short ride on the El. I have a huge park across from me, we can picnic and play frisbee. So plan on making the huge trek out my way that week!
I'll be missing you guys this coming Sunday as I have to work, but I'll see you in two. Take care everyone.

Hey everyone!  I have visitors this weekend, but we're still coming to brunch.  They're friends from back home, and their names are Travis and Alison.  They're really excited about meeting y'all, and I'm excited about y'all meeting them!  Don't let them tell you I'm weird.  So, are you still making spaghetti, Hannah Banana?  And what happened to a banana something every sunday, Hannah Banana?  I mean... I don't mean to sound demanding... or bananding.

Sunday sunday sunday
Hey, I have to say I had a wonderful time with everyone on Sunday. I feel like I've known you all for weeks already. I have some fun pictures I can post later (once I figure out how to do that...as you can tell, I'm technologically challenged...) Wish I had caught a pic of George and that huge chunk of steak he was gnawing on :)
And a hello to Dave and his girlfriend Liz. Krissy and I were on the red line, trying to wave to you all, but apparantly you didn't see us. Thanks again for the food.
Have a great week everyone!

me and lori were talking on the porch tonight about everything, and it how great it was to see people get together.
i was thinking this week about the Vtech shootings, and how much that guy needed community in his life. community is so important, and after a day like today, i just see why God created it! its so fulfilling to have people in your life. thank you!

Sunday Brunch
So, I will not be joining all of you wonderful people for the pot luck on sunday. I am singing a Mass with a choir from school at St. John Cantius Church and the mass begins at 12:30 and gets over at 1:30. How long do you think y'all will be there, I might be able to stop by depending on what time we get back. Hopefully it will all work out because I want to see all of your beautiful shining faces!!!!

More Food!
Ok. Liz is making a coconut/pineapple (ie pina colada) cake, but she's dumping it in a bowl for easy transport... so she's bringing a pina colada trifle. I am bringing fried green tomatoes (given they have green tomatoes at one of the choice markets around here). YUM! Ok.. I do need to know what time we're officially starting. We'll be swinging by my apt before heading to the house of righteousness or whatever to prepare/grab everything to bring, since it's basically on the way. Are we saying 1:00pm?

hillsong
for all you hillsong fanatics....
yes hannah i got your email.
and i just read on my sisters blog following:

[DSCN6520.jpg][DSCN6525.jpg]

and here now the translation for all you foreigners...:
sunday was the live-recording of the new hillsong albums -ONE-and i was there.many of you probably will get really jealous now...yes it was really exiting and an amazing atmosphere.i was never at a concert this size:the Acer Arena is the biggest stadium of Sydney.so if you get in a couple weeks the new album (with DVD) you will see me somewhere in the backrows jumping up and down!

isn't my sister nice? she even put some of her selfmade photos on there that you guys are even more jelous.and here is a photo of her that you know where to look for:

weekend
alright,
lets slowly start thinking about the weekend.
i hope you all are ready for some party at hannahs house with some yummy food.
what have you all planned to bring?
lets get some kind of a menu going here.
for my part i will bring the garlic soup as dry powder to mix afterwards with hot water because it would make you guys feel a little bit uncomfortable to sit sunday in church next to me and i got my battery operating 3 gallon crock pot steaming and cooking sitting on my lap. i know god would appreciate some smokeing, garlicsmelling sacrifice in his temple, but he is also i think the only one. so i bring my ramensoup directly to hannah an because we are in a womenshousehold, let do her the cooking.

bbq and good morning
dead meat sounds good.BBQ sounds even better.and maybe it will smell so exquisite that even hanna can't hold back and is too tempted to try what "the boys" do out there on the grill.
so get your best bbq recepies out there and put your apron on.
good morning anyways.i almost slept in this morning but just made it and now sitting at my bosses desk blogging my fingers away pouring gallons of coffee into myself and hoping my eyes will open up.i don't know why,but my mouth has no problem at all even in the morning to open.i guess it's a spiritual gift from god.so for all you out there with hurting lips after two hours of conversation give it a try today and put maybe 20.000 more words in today.
here from all you longsleepers later,or hope so,
martin

davey t! you rock the brunch bunch. love it. this is the coolest thing ever.
ok~official plans for sunday: its potluck, so bring something easy and fun. if its too hard to haul something after church, let me know. this will be a work in progress :) i think we all agreed that having brunch at my place is more affordable and fun, so i think it would be fun to move into that. so bring if you can, if you cant that is cool too - we still want you there. eventually, when the weather is nice, i think we should grill. em. boys should grill and ill provide the bread if everyone brings the dead animals. oh excuse me. i mean meat.
of course, there will be the odd time we all go out somewhere, which is cool as well.
call me with questions, or write a note :) hb 541-974-5078

Bubble Freeze
The blog is here! Thanks for letting me do it. I know I'm the new guy and everything, so I'm honored.

As soon as I get everything in order and get everyone's e-mail addresses, I'll send you an invitation to contribute to this blog. You'll have to create a google account, but I promise it's quick and painless; it's what you'll use to sign in and contribute to this totally freaking awesome blog. We can stay updated on all the Sunday brunch plans, be funny, encourage each other, release breaking news, etc. Hannah, I'll let you give the details on next Sunday's happenings whenever you're ready, since it's your place and everything.

Martin, I'll have you know that I started to lie down and take a nap, but I knew you wouldn't approve. Plus, those little bubbles/rabbit drops are doing funny things in my stomach.
