what a beautiful job you did there...
another form of communication added to my horizon,and i thought in my age....
i didn't throw up after the chicken feet yesterday and almost everybody i told about what i ate was not surprised but grossed out.this was one more thing a man had to eat in a lifespan to tell in 50 years his grandchildren about.AND I'M PROUD OF IT.(what an american thing to say).

Great job David and thanks for taking the time to do this. On sunday I plan on bringing a green curry dish. So if you can't handle spicy food I'm sorry for you (HA!)
